Praying for those wanting healing is a simple process. The most important thing is to have a clear and sincere intention to help another heal, or to help heal the planet. Our thoughts and prayers emanate vibrational frequencies that connect us with those around the globe who are emanating the same frequencies - like tuning into the same radio channel. By focusing on the photos and/or names of those requesting healing and praying for them and visualizing them as healed, we attune to the light of consciousness that is within each of us.
